Welcome to the website of the FITS Method (Functional Individual Therapy of Scoliosis), a method of which we are authors. It is recognized by the Society on Scoliosis Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Treatment – SOSORT as Physiotherapy Scoliosis Specific Exercises – PSSE. Established in 2004 with a view to treating children, adolescents and adults with posture defect, scoliosis and Scheuermann’s disease. It was presented at conferences and workshops in Poland and abroad (Boston, Athens, Lyon, Barcelona, Milan, Wiesbaden, Dubrovnik, Istanbul). Scoliosis treatment results have been published in the Scoliosis Journal and Medicine.
Given our many years of experience, we have developed a training program for physiotherapists who want to work with patients with scoliosis and a separate diagnostics program for doctors, osteopaths and physiotherapists covering full clinical and radiological examinations as well as indications for braces or surgery.
We also organize rehabilitation stays of 5 days with parents (throughout the year) and 14 days during the holidays.
